  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

    Please be advised that not all borders are currently open due to the pandemic. To know more about this please check our Instagram highlights @resadentevil.shop for more information

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    International parcels take an estimated 2-6 weeks shipping time after dispatch from our customs. When orders are marked shipped it means it has just been sent to the postal office which takes 1-3 days to arrive to our customs.

    For local orders, Shopee PH is open with shipping every MWF with in hand items ready for grabs. For pre-ordered items made via storenvy, shipping will be done through shopee check out when the items are in hand.

  • Do you allow people to resell the items order?

    NO, I strictly do not entertain anyone selling merch i specifically designed for any reason especially without my permission (please ask if you really need to get rid of the item so i do not get the wrong idea)

  • Do you allow GO for orders to a specific country?

    Yes! If you are willing or would want someone to conduct a group order of my merchandise please send me a message to either of my social media accounts or email me at [email protected]
